Sinergia Animal enters its 4th year in a row as an Animal Charity Evaluators’ Standout Charity

After being elected by Animal Charity Evaluators (ACE) as one of the most effective animal protection organizations in the world in 2018 and 2020, Sinergia Animal now enters its fourth year in a row as one of ACE’s 2021 Standout Charity.

The Standout status suggests that the work we do for animals in the Global South has the potential to be one of the most effective worldwide and that we use the donations we receive strategically to help a large number of farmed animals.

According to ACE’s latest evaluation, Sinergia Animal’s “work toward improving welfare standards, especially their cage-free campaigns, and their work towards strengthening the animal advocacy movement, especially their investigations program, seem particularly cost effective.”

Sinergia Animal is considered by ACE as an organization that works in some of the highest-impact cause areas and employs effective interventions. They estimate that we can impact the lives of 1.7 million animals each year only with our corporate campaigns to reduce animal suffering.

“We find Sinergia Animal to be an excellent giving opportunity because of their strategic approach, cost-effective work, and their commitment to building the capacity of the movement and improving welfare standards for farmed animals in relatively neglected regions”, says their evaluation.

The recommendation signals that an investment to benefit the lives of animals through a donation to a Standout Charity is a promising one.
